We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If anything you receive does not meet your expectations, return it to us within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging for a replacement or refund minus delivery or shipping charges. A pick up charge will be applied for items that must be collected by the delivery team. A restocking fee may apply.

* Goods arriving damaged must be notified within 7 days of receipt.
* Sofa beds once slept in, cannot be returned unless faulty, in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
* SELF-ASSEMBLY furniture cannot be returned once assembly is started, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
