Deposits on special orders are fully refundable unless the manufacturer has put the order into work, or will not cancel order, or if item is in transit. Delivery turn around for special order items is usually about 3 months to 4 months. Once notice of arrival has been made, item will be held with no penalty for 30 days. Thereafter, a service charge of $15.00 per month will be made. When deposit has been exhausted, the item will be offered for sale. Even though we give an approximate 3 to 4 month delivery time for special orders, there are certain things that are out of our control. This may be shortage of supplier materials, custom clearance times, or holiday periods that occur from supplying country.
